The stencil cleaning machine has three cleaning processes, namely cleaning of the cleaning solution, rinsing of the ultrasonic wave, and water removal by the wind cutting. The second cleaning process is ultrasonic rinsing. Since the first ultrasonic cleaning has achieved a good cleaning effect, after all, a chemical cleaning agent is used, so the screen needs to be rinsed. The medium used in this process is Water, and the frequency of the ultrasonic wave is 40Khz, and the liquid temperature is about 40 degrees Celsius. After the rinsing is completed, the stencil cleaning machine automatically performs the third process, namely air-cut drying, which can dry the water stain of the second process. In fact, the operation of the entire cleaning process is also simple, only the worker needs to put the screen on the robot arm of the screen cleaning machine, and the pneumatic button is pulled down, the robot of the equipment will send the screen to the fixed station, according to the engineer. The fixed station process completes the cleaning of each step and finally goes to the in-situ operation to complete the cleaning process.

The solvent used in the stencil cleaner is a water-based solvent, which has many advantages over organic solvents. We know that organic solvents can not be reused, while water-based solvents can be reused, which can save solvent costs; organic solvents are a volatile liquid, while water-based solvents are not easily volatilized; In terms of quantity, the organic solvent has more ions than the water-based solvent. If the organic solvent is used for cleaning, it is equivalent to about 8 to 10 yuan for each screen of the manufacturer. If the water-based solvent is used, the cost of washing a screen can be reduced by 50%.
